About Me

Louise R: My husband and I have been looking for a house to buy for a few years. Nothing was ever right, available, right price, or quite often the house sold before we could make an offer. Land in North Western Sydney is so difficult to get your hands on, and when you do you have a 12 - 24 month wait for land registration and settlement before you can even begin to your build. We were lucky enough to snatch a full Council approved home and land package after the original owners pulled out. We are realistically hoping to condense the 12-24 month time frame down to more like 6-8. Hopefully early in the new year we'll finally have a home to call our own for our little family of 4.

04/09/2014 - DA Letter signed
03/09/2014 - PCV's Complete
29/08/2014 - Land Settlement
01/08/2014 - Colour Selection Day
31/07/2014 - Sign Land Contract with Conveyancer and pay 10% of land costs
31/07/2014 - Contract meeting - Sign Contract and Pay 5% of building contract amount
18/07/2014 - Tender meeting - Sign tender and pay $2500
07/07/2014 - Pay $1000 deposit for land and $1000 deposit for House
